A prestigious luxury beachfront resort development in Limassol, Cyprus, featuring 300 keys across multiple accommodation types. Acquired in 2018, the project underwent comprehensive design and planning stages under Allea’s guidance, resulting in full development permits being secured.

The master plan incorporated premium resort amenities, including multiple restaurants, spa facilities, beachfront access, and extensive leisure areas.

Following successful completion of the design and permitting phase, the project was strategically sold in 2024 demonstrating Allea’s capability to create significant value through expert planning and development management.
