A luxury residential complex in Vienna’s 1st district featuring 43 apartments with premium amenities including a swimming pool, spa facilities, fitness center, and underground parking for 34 cars. Acquired in 2017, the project progressed swiftly through development stages.

Construction began in late 2018 and was completed in early 2021. Sales launched in 2019, with apartments ranging from 50-300 sqm achieving prices of €10,000-28,000 per sqm.

The project won European Property Awards 2019-2020 in “Architecture Multiple Residence” and “Residential Renovation/Redevelopment” categories. As of 2025, only two penthouses remain available.
